The Porto Santo Schools joined the “O Mar Começa Aqui” initiative, a project launched by ABAE – European Blue Flag Association for Beaches to all Eco-Schools, with the support of the Municipality of Porto Santo. Thus, the end of the school year was brightened by sensitizing students to the importance of garbage that falls into the gutter and reaches the sea, highlighting the harmful effects that this behavior has on marine fauna and flora. We leave you with the excellent work of each of the schools.

LIFE DUNAS is a project composed of a multidisciplinary team whose purpose is to carry out all the proposed objectives.

However, nobody is anything alone!

If we want to do something important and that will lead to good results, we need to do it, with someone who knows their land and traditions well.

In this sense, we were in Porto Santo on a communication campaign to let you know some of the stakeholders involved in the LIFE DUNAS Project and who will contribute to achieving the success of this Project.
