Between the 24th and 28th of May, several awareness-raising actions were carried out with the students of the EB1/PE/Creche do Porto Santo (Campo de Baixo) and the Externato Nossa Senhora da Conceição, under the theme "Safety at School, in Street, at the Club and at Home".

Noteworthy is the approach taken in connection with the Summer Vacation, as well as the “second lesson on civil protection” for students in recurrent education at Escola do Campo de Baixo.

Regarding children, and being a time for many adventures and discoveries, it is never too much to warn about certain incorrect behaviors, as well as to meet some basic principles of individual safety.

This awareness-raising action is part of the activities plan of the Municipal Civil Protection Service of the Porto Santo City Council for this year.
